RPI Names Kimberly Huffman Board President; Elects New Board Members

Recognition Professionals International (RPI) has announced that Kimberly Huffman, Vice President, Human Resources, Banfield Pet Hospital, is the new 2025 RPI Board President.
In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources at Banfield Pet Hospital, she focuses on serving and developing others while driving business and strategic results, according to the announcement. Huffman has already brought her expertise in organizational development, leadership and employee experience strategies to RPI while serving on the board for the past six years.
In 2019, Huffman was recognized in Training Magazine’s Top 125 Training Organizations when she worked at Dollar General while also achieving the challenging Standard 5 of RPI’s 7 RPI Best Practice Standards®, Recognition Training.
Huffman says “As the president of RPI, I am energized and deeply committed to fostering a culture where recognition not only inspires individual growth but strengthens the bonds that make our communities and organizations thrive. Together, we will continue to elevate the power of recognition through sharing best practices, engaging and relevant training, and leaning on our incredible network of recognition providers and professionals.”
